RATES/POLICIES

Seasonal Rates: (mid-May-Oct.) starting prices at  $5,000 plus electric.


 Short-Term /Transient Sites: $87 per night 


Kamp Across from the Dunes is an RV facility with full hook-ups at each site. We are a family-owned, pet-friendly RV/trailer Park. We do not accommodate tent camping.

Jan. - Feb - we accept reservations for 30 days or longer

March - we accept reservations for 10 days or longer

April - we accept reservations for 7 days or longer

May - 4 days or longer, if available.

Cancellation policies

If you secure a reservation for 7 days or longer, it will be considered a guaranteed reservation with no cancellation.


If a reservation is less than 7 days, and the cancellation is within 15 days prior to arrival, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Within a 15-day time period, we will attempt to rent your reserved site. If we do not secure renters, your credit card WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
